"Pretty good value, and I didn’t feel ripped off"
I was a little worried I might be getting fooled by the pricing, but it turned out to be worth it. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but for what you get, the price feels fair.

"My order showed up just right"
My order came in and everything was exactly what I asked for, nothing was missing or mixed up and it was just nice to open it and see that it all matched what I ordered.

"Customer service handled it well"
I had a minor issue with my order, so I emailed customer service, and to be fair, they got back to me quickly. It did end up taking one extra day, but that wasn’t a huge problem, and I don’t think it’s something worth making a big fuss about. They sorted it out and were helpful, so overall I’m happy with the service.

"The Great Refund Waiting Game"
I did eventually get my refund, so the story had a happy ending, but wow, it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I was checking for updates like I was waiting on some big plot twist. Support was fine overall—nothing amazing, but they did help enough to get it sorted.

"Shipping was quick, but still had a few annoyances"
It got here faster than I expected, so I’ll give them that. The shipping was quick, honestly. But the updates were kind of annoying, like I kept checking and checking because the tracking didn’t really say much. It arrived fast, which was nice, but the tracking was frustrating, really frustrating.

"Really solid hardware, better than expected"
I ordered a few knobs and pulls from homedecorhardware.com, and they turned out really nice. My husband even commented on how solid they felt when we were putting them on. The finish looks clean with no scratches, and they definitely don’t have that cheap lightweight feel. Shipping was totally fine too, but the main thing for me is the quality was better than I expected...

"Not enough options for what I was looking for"
I was hoping to find a better selection, but it felt limited. A few categories only had a handful of styles, and a lot of the hardware looked almost the same. The prices seemed decent, but I still couldn’t find what I needed for my cabinets. The site itself was easy enough to browse, but I’m always a little hesitant to reach out to customer service because you never know if they’ll actually be helpful or just give you a generic answer. Overall, I just wish they had more variety
